    Vintage footage from Tower Records on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood – the famed, now-closed record retail chain’s flagship location – from its initial year of operation, 1971. Not exactly record porn (unless stacks of freshly unboxed copies of All Things Must Pass floats your boat) – but a pretty great visual document of what the leisurely process of buying music was once like – set to classic sounds by Sly & the Family Stone and Janis Joplin.
