This year, Valentine’s Day turned out to suck even more than usual when the rap world was rocked by the passing of Bronx legend Tim Dog after the controversial rapper suffered a fatal diabetes-related seizure. Although the mainstream barely knew the Dog as the man behind the defiant dis “Fuck Compton,” long-time fans like J-Zone were at least able to shed more light on the rapper with compelling written pieces. But words weren’t the only way people expressed their grief. In the days following his death, numerous artistic tributes surfaced on social media paying proper respect to Tim Dog.
