1. Steady B, DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince, Boogie Down Productions & Kool Moe Dee Live, 1987 (VIDEO).

A year ago, we posted footage from this 1987 Jive/RCA showcase — which aired on Uncle Ralph McDaniels ‘ famed Video Music Box — of the human jukebox Ready Rock C’s ode to video games . But now here’s way more from this night’s show, featuring performances from Steady B & DJ Tat Money , KRS-One (backed by Ivan ‘Doc’ Rodriguez aka DJ Doc ), Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince , and headliner Kool Moe Dee . Check ’em all out to hear cuts like “My Philosophy,” “Girls Ain’t Nothing But Trouble” and “How Ya Like Me Now?” interspersed in between a quick word from DJ Red Alert , an LL anti-drug spot, and Uncle Ralph mingling with the crowd. Speaking of the audience, you’ll probably have just as much fun peepin’ their steez as you will seeing the MCs on stage.
