1. 213 a/k/a Snoop Dogg, Nate Dogg & Warren G ft. Kurupt – “Ain’t No Fun” (OG Cassette Tape Version / 1992) (AUDIO).

A little treat from DâM-FunK ‘s archives: the original 213 ( Snoop Dogg , Nate Dogg and Warren G ) and Kurupt rendition of “Ain’t No Fun (If the Homies Can’t Have None)” – which, of course, eventually appeared in fully Dr. Dre -ified form on Doggystyle . Basic rhythm track sounds similar to the later version, and there’s some pretty cool alternate harmonies on Nate Dogg’s chorus. Listen and read DâM-FunK’s description below.

Bought, personally by me in 1992, from L.A.’s Slauson Swap Meet. Later version ‘with all the bells & whistles added on it’ came months later. This version was on the streets first. Feel the Funk.
