    Public Enemy sent the Arizona government a strong message 21 years ago when the state canceled the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday. The controversial PE video for the incendiary "By the Time I Get to Arizona," which addressed this political issue head on, was banned from TV, but the attention it caused helped make history.
