Who's bad (or at least really committed to an idea)? Liang Rui of Chongqing, China. The 27-year-old photo studio proprietor and avid Michael Jackson fan has made it his trademark to strike MJ's iconic balanced-on-toes pose at different scenic spots over the course of the past six years - and he's got the pix to prove it. Most of the pictures were apparently taken by family or friends with Liang sometimes waiting hours until the background was clear of tourists for the optimum photo op. Here are a handful. You may have to friend dude on the Facebook to see the rest.
The People's Daily:
Liang Rui, 27, currently operates a photography studio after he graduated from Chongqing University of Post and Telecommunications. One day, a classical Michael Jackson’s dance move suddenly came into his mind when he posed for a photo. As a big fan of Jackson, he posted the photo on social media. He said that he did not expect the photo to draw a lot of attentions in his circle of friends. In the following six years, Liang took more than 100 photos with the same gesture in different scenic spots. He rode bike with his friends to Lhasa on June 27, 2011. On the way, he even took a photo on the top of Yela Mountain at the risk of landslide and falling off the cliff.
