Actually, technically, Kool Keith mostly closely observes, drops classic Keith-ian comments ("If you can put syrup on 'em they kinda more rugged"), and adds extra cinnamon to the mix ("steroid 'em up") as the chef at NoHo's trendy eatery, The Smile, doesn't smile too much.
