1. Georgia Anne Muldrow - "Husfriend" Produced by Madlib. (AUDIO)

The lastest offering from Georgia Anne Muldrow and Madlib's forthcoming collaborative LP, Seeds , "Husfriend" finds the static from whatever record Madlib sampled threatening to drown out everything in its path. That's not a knock, by the way. The extra track grit provides a welcome contrast to the vocal stylings of Ms. Muldrow - whose admirably free-form melodic and harmonic adventurousness is well documented.
Here, on what amounts to an open love letter to GA's life-partner Dudley Perkins, team Muldrow-Madlib (Annelib? Mad-Drow?) manages to musically convey genuine joy and exuberance without floating too far out into the emotional ether. Listen below. Buy it on vinyl or via iTunes .

Another reused Madlib beat. This time, Strong Arm Steady featuring Thurz from U-N-I - "Follow Me."

This shit is kinda dope, thanks, I guess i been sleeping on this chick. Tbh, I'd rather hear singing on this beat then strong arm steady anyways. I'm sure this is less boring.
