Not sure why seeing people pretending to DJ when nothing is plugged in should bug/amuse us. But, hey, here we are again. No, this TV clip of a singer-DJ duo getting their Milli Vanilli on for a Serbian studio audience isn’t as egregious as this infamous Smirnoff print ad from last year. Probably since lip syncing and faux playing for TV is a tradition that goes back to Soul Train and American Bandstand. But if homegirl’s gonna sing about how dope her DJ is, dude could have at least connected the CDJs to the mixer.
