1. ART IS ALIVE: Craig G Captures a Portrait of Generational Tensions in "Ramblings Of An Angry Old Man."

O' where to start? Let's begin with the obvious — the line work. Bold. Uncompromising. Confident . The eyes have no choice but to dance a pirouette and pop-lock for joy! And the typography? The auto-traced(!) font placed on top of the rendering creates an indelible tension , echoing the strained dialogue between the foreground figure (presumably Mr. G himself) and the slender-jean-ed youth subjected to his (as well as the viewer's ) scorn. A delight.

Why thank you. We trip to please. Now, if you'll excuse us, we're off to the Met. As in "metro"... as in "subway" ...as in "cheap."

Haha... The Basquiat rating system; seldom used, glad to see it.
