"I will sue the shit out of Kanye West..."
- Young Chop
Currently driving the Internetz all kinds of nuts is this much-hyped remix to the song "I Don't Like" by the 16-year-old Chi Town upstart Chief Keef, who gets a visit from fellow Windy City rep Kanye West and brings his buddies Pusha T, Big Sean and D-Block's Jadakiss along with him to drop verses. So G.O.O.D. Music is in the building, but is the song - you know, good? Okay admittedly, Keef's track ain't really our steez. But the release of the track arrives with some interesting internal tension brewing. According to the #1 source for all things Chicago hip-hop related, Fake Shore Drive, the OG cut's producer Young Chop is none too happy with the new version of the track which apparently features some added melodies and textures courtesy of Kanye that were done without Chop's prior knowledge. "These motherfuckers is playing me, and I don't give two fucks. I will sue the shit out of Kanye West," Chop told Chicago's DJ Moon Dawg. Gotta say, we do like the fact that this dude feels compelled to protect the purity of his artistic vision - big names be damned.
So what do you think? Listen to the remix after the jump and let us know your thoughts in the comments section...
